How OneMoreSend handles data in the client site builder and 10DLC packet workspace.
This policy covers app.omsnd.com (the “Site Builder”). It does not cover a client’s published website; each published site has its own privacy policy and terms, generated for that business. It also does not replace the OneMoreSend platform privacy policy, which covers the email and SMS platform.
As a business in our own right, we decide how account data and client business records are handled. That includes the names, emails and roles of people who sign in, the legal name, EIN, address and contact details of each client business, uploaded documents, and the content of generated sites.
On behalf of a client, we store the enquiries submitted through that client’s published site. The client decides what happens to those enquiries and is responsible for its own privacy policy and consent language. We act on the client’s instructions and do not market to those people ourselves.
Where we act as controller, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, and legal obligation. Where we act as processor for published-site leads, we act on the client’s documented instructions.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We use providers to run the service, each under contract and only able to use data for the job we gave them:
We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to an acquirer if the business is sold, in which case we will say so before it happens.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are shared only with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver a client’s messages, and with Telnyx where the client asks us to register the campaign.
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
If you are in California or another state with a privacy law, you may also ask what we collected and who we disclosed it to, ask us to delete or correct it, and appeal a refusal. We do not sell or share personal data as those laws define it.
Write to privacy@onemoresend.com. If your request concerns an enquiry you sent to a client’s site, we will pass it to that client, because the enquiry is theirs.
The Site Builder sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, is never used for advertising, and the service cannot work without it. The published client sites use their own policies and may set their own cookies.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production is limited to the people who need it. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not published with the client site. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant regulator within the time the law requires.
The Site Builder is sold to businesses and is not for children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under sixteen.
We will post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects account holders, we will tell them before it takes effect.
